Creating a brand strategy for your business is an essential part of developing and growing your business.  There are so many of you starting your own businesses these days – whether you’re transitioning from a corporate job, or just beginning a business you’re more passionate about, and understanding what brand strategy is and why it’s important can make a huge difference in the success of your business.


WHAT IS BRAND STRATEGY?

Brand strategy is the plan you create to position your business directly to your audience so what you say, how you say it, and the entire experience you create resonates with the specific audience you’ve chosen and defined.

When you develop your brand strategy, you start by evaluating the current perception of your brand in the marketplace.  You then start creating a plan for your brand’s desired perception that’s aligned with your business goals.
